We can help advise you to get the maximum price and also let you know what you might have to make allowances for.  We will recommend how to respond to each offer and when price adjustments should be considered.  In certain situations, we may also suggest obtaining an appraisal for marketing and negotiation purposes.

Yes, our buyer services include determining what you should offer for a property.  We will also help ensure that you are not passing up a better opportunity before your offer is submitted.  We will continue to advise you all the way until the closing, about the "value" of your transaction.

Our services for managing rental properties includes advertising, showing, and screening prospects, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repairs, and providing detailed monthly reports to property owners.  We are the tenant's only contact, so that you can dedicate your time to what matters most.
